Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) ((plus extra for greasing the dough))
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Yeast 1 Teaspoon
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For vada:
Oil 2 Tablespoon ((plus extra for greasing the baking dish and vada))
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Curry leaves 6
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
Tumeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Chopped fresh coriander 2 Tablespoon
