Breakfast Recipe - Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

During the Holiday season I always seem to have a can of pumpkin puree open in my refrigerator. This is the perfect breakfast to use it in! It's easy to make and tastes decadent...but it's not!

Ingredients

Rolled oats 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Greek yoghurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk/Almond milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((or soy milk)))
Pumpkin puree 2 Tablespoon
Maple syrup 2 Tablespoon
Cinnamom 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a bowl mix together all ingredients completely.

2.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put into the fridge to let it sit overnight.
