During the Holiday season I always seem to have a can of pumpkin puree open in my refrigerator. This is the perfect breakfast to use it in! It's easy to make and tastes decadent...but it's not!
Rolled oats | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Greek yoghurt | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Milk/Almond milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((or soy milk)) | |
Pumpkin puree | 2 Tablespoon | |
Maple syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
Cinnamom | 1 Teaspoon |
MAKING:
1.In a bowl mix together all ingredients completely.
2.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put into the fridge to let it sit overnight.
