During the Holiday season I always seem to have a can of pumpkin puree open in my refrigerator. This is the perfect breakfast to use it in! It's easy to make and tastes decadent...but it's not!
|Rolled oats||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Greek yoghurt||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk/Almond milk||1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((or soy milk))|
|Pumpkin puree||2 Tablespoon|
|Maple syrup||2 Tablespoon|
1.In a bowl mix together all ingredients completely.
2.Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put into the fridge to let it sit overnight.
3.Serve and enjoy!
