RECIPE TO GAIN WEIGHT (consuming milk, bananas and nuts):

250 ml of whole milk
Add 2 chopped ripe bananas
Add 10 almonds
Add 5 cashew nuts
Add 10 pistachios
Add 3 deseeded dates
Blend together
Serve chilled
