American cheese | 1 Pound , shredded | |
Onion | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Green bell pepper | 1/4 Large | |
Pimiento | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Freshly ground black pepper | To Taste | |
Vinegar | 1 Teaspoon | |
Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Mayonnaise | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Celery pieces | To Taste |
MAKING:
1. Place all ingredients, except celery pieces, in blender. Blend about 5 seconds, or until as smooth as desired.
2. Spread mixture down center of celery pieces.
SERVING:
3. Place Cheese-Filled Celery on nice serving plate, and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
