Raw mango | 1 Kilogram | |
Sugar | 1 Kilogram | |
Saffron strands | To Taste | |
Cardamom seeds | To Taste | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Water | 250 Milliliter |
MAKING:
1. Peel off the skin of raw mangoes and cut it into small dices
2. In a pan add the diced mangoes, sugar and water and let it cook for 15-20 minutes on low flame. Stir continuously.
3. Add strands of saffron, cardamom seeds and salt
4. Refrigerate it overnight

5. Transfer it to a jar and murabba is ready!
