Crumbed Chicken Snackies are a great way to use up leftover roast chicken meat. The chicken is mixed in a food processor with herbs, spices, eggs and breadcrumbs to form a soft chicken patty mix. They are crumbed and shallow fried to create a delicious treat suitable for a quick snack or as part of a main meal.
Roasted chicken meat | 2 Cup (32 tbs) (striped from bone) | |
Dry bread crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , divided (For coating) | |
Crushed garlic | 1 Tablespoon | |
Mixed dried herbs | 2 Tablespoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Black pepper | To Taste | |
Eggs | 4 , divided (2 eggs beaten & mix little milk) | |
Flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
MAKING:
1.Blend the leftover roasted chicken in a food processor with herbs, spices, eggs and breadcrumbs to form a soft chicken patty mix.
2.Coat them with Flour, Bread crumbs & Egg and shallow fry it to create a delicious treat suitable for a quick snack or as part of a main meal.
