Crumbed Chicken Snackies

Crumbed Chicken Snackies are a great way to use up leftover roast chicken meat. The chicken is mixed in a food processor with herbs, spices, eggs and breadcrumbs to form a soft chicken patty mix. They are crumbed and shallow fried to create a delicious treat suitable for a quick snack or as part of a main meal.

Ingredients

Roasted chicken meat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (striped from bone)
Dry bread crumbs 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , divided (For coating)
Crushed garlic 1 Tablespoon
Mixed dried herbs 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste
Eggs 4 , divided (2 eggs beaten & mix little milk)
Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING:

1.Blend the leftover roasted chicken in a food processor with herbs, spices, eggs and breadcrumbs to form a soft chicken patty mix.

2.Coat them with Flour, Bread crumbs & Egg and shallow fry it to create a delicious treat suitable for a quick snack or as part of a main meal.
