Fried Christmas Pudding is a post-christmas dessert traditionally served in my family. Thick slices of Christmas Pudding are gently pan-fried in meted butter until warm and crisp. Certainly not healthy, but it sure is delicious. Besides, Christmas is the season of excess.
Pudding | 3 (Thick slices) | |
Butter | 3 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
1.Fry each side of the thick slices of leftover Christmas pudding in small amount of butter for couple of minutes.
SERVING:
2.Serve and Enjoy.
