Easy Beef Lasagne is a simplified, pantry-friendly version of the classic Italian dish. A meaty tomato sauce is combined with pasta and a deliciously creamy Béchamel cheese sauce to create a fantastic family favourite.
This version uses many pantry based ingredients, but their fresh alternatives can be substituted if you desire.
|For the meat sauce|
|Lean beef mince||500 Gram (ground beef)|
|Brown onion||1 Medium , dice|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm) , crush|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Diced tomato can||1 (1 pound)|
|Pasta sauce||24 Ounce (1 can)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed italian herbs||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable stock||1 Liter (4 cups,use Beef Stock if you prefer)|
|For the bechamel cheese sauce:|
|Flour||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tasty cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs) , grated|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Lasagne sheets||204 Gram (2 packets)|
