Easy Beef Lasagne

Welcome to a special SUPER SIZED episode of "The One Pot Chef" :)
Easy Beef Lasagne is a simplified, pantry-friendly version of the classic Italian dish. A meaty tomato sauce is combined with pasta and a deliciously creamy Béchamel cheese sauce to create a fantastic family favourite.
This version uses many pantry based ingredients, but their fresh alternatives can be substituted if you desire.

Ingredients

For the meat sauce
Lean beef mince 500 Gram (ground beef)
Brown onion 1 Medium , dice
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crush
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Diced tomato can 1 (1 pound)
Pasta sauce 24 Ounce (1 can)
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Mixed italian herbs 1 Teaspoon
Vegetable stock 1 Liter (4 cups,use Beef Stock if you prefer)
For the bechamel cheese sauce:
Butter 50 Gram
Flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Milk 1 Liter
Tasty cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs) , grated
Egg 1 , beaten
Other ingredient:
Lasagne sheets 204 Gram (2 packets)
