Veal steaks 2 Small
Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Parmesan cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (Powdered Shaker
Eggs 2
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Butter/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon (for frying)
For creamy mushroom sauce:
Button mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs) , thinly sliced
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
Grated cheddar cheese 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt 1 Pinch (to season)
Pepper 1 Pinch (to season)
