Classic Pavlova

Pavlova is a traditional Australian dessert. Normally served at family gatherings and BBQs - this delicious combination of vanilla meringue, whipped cream and fresh fruit will be a huge hit with your friends and family. Pavlova will soon become a favourite in your house.


Egg whites 8 (room tempreture)
Castor sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Aka fine white sugar)
Cream of tartar/Corn flour 1/2 Teaspoon (2 tablespoon)
Vanilla essence 1 Teaspoon
Fresh cream 300 Milliliter , thickened
Strawberries 8 (or any fresh fruits for decorating)
