|Castor sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Aka fine white sugar)|
|Cream of tartar/Corn flour||1/2 Teaspoon (2 tablespoon)|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh cream||300 Milliliter , thickened|
|Strawberries||8 (or any fresh fruits for decorating)|
