Pasta Boscaiola is my version of the classic Italian pasta dish. A rich, creamy sauce is combined with bacon, garlic, onion and mushrooms then stirred through tender pasta. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread.

|Chopped bacon||150 Gram (about 3 large slices)|
|Brown onion||1 , chopped finely|
|Crushed garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Sliced button mushroom||200 Gram|
|Chicken stock||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
