Pasta Boscaiola

Pasta Boscaiola is my version of the classic Italian pasta dish. A rich, creamy sauce is combined with bacon, garlic, onion and mushrooms then stirred through tender pasta. Serve with a side salad and garlic bread.


Raw pasta 500 Gram , cooked, drained (according to package)
Heavy cream/Cream 500 Milliliter
Chopped bacon 150 Gram (about 3 large slices)
Brown onion 1 , chopped finely
Crushed garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Sliced button mushroom 200 Gram
Chicken stock 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
