Frozen fish fillets 500 Gram , thawed (chopped into chunks)
Frozen potato/Tater tots 500 Gram (gems or use mashed potato instead)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Butter 25 Gram
Brown onion 1 , chopped finely
Plain flour 2
Vegetable stock cube 1
Hot milk 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Frozen mixed vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs)
