Simple Beef Stir Fry is a simple main meal dish that can be made in minutes! Fresh vegetables and thin beef strips are stir-fried with noodles and a delicious sauce. Simple, fresh and everyone will love it.
For stir fry: | ||
Spring onion/Scallion | 2 (aka shallots) | |
Baby corn | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Broccolini | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Garlic | 1 Clove (5 gm) , crush (or minced) | |
Udon noodles | 200 Gram (japanese rice noodles) | |
Beef | 500 Gram (thin strips) | |
For sauce: | ||
Beef stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250ml) | |
Hoisin sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Oyster sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Honey | 1 Tablespoon | |
For thickening the sauce optional: | ||
Corn flour/Corn starch | 1 Tablespoon (dissolved in 1 tablespoon of hot water) | |
Hot water | 1 Tablespoon |

If you can't find any of the sauce ingredients, ask at your local Asian Supermarket. If worst comes to worst, replace the above sauce recipe with a pre-made stir-fry sauce.
