Asian Style Chicken Noodle Soup is a quick and simple meal that can be made in around 15 minutes. A light chicken soup flavoured with ginger, garlic and chilli is combined with Vermicelli rice noodles, corn, spinach and succulent chicken breast pieces. This soup is not only delicious, but very healthy.

|Chicken stock||1 Liter (about 4 cups, For reconstitution)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly grated ginger||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Red chilies||1 , thinly sliced (seeds removed)|
|Spring onions||3 , thinly sliced|
|Canned corn kernels||400 Gram , drained (1 can)|
|Vermicelli rice noodles||250 Gram (use 125g if you prefer more soup and less noodles)|
|Baby spinach leaves||80 Gram (abou 1 or 2 large handfuls)|
