Home Made Barbecue Sauce is a delicious preserve that can be used as a dipping sauce, for basting meat or spreading on sandwiches or burgers. Apple and onion are combined with tomatoes and various herbs and spices to create a rich, thick, smokey, tangy sauce that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Green apple 1 Large , grated (peeled and cored)
White onion 1 Small , grated
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
Smoked paprika powder 1 Tablespoon
Wholegrain mustard 1 Tablespoon
Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Brown sugar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Apple cider vinegar 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Canned diced tomatoes 400 Gram (1 can)
