Pea and Pesto Soup is an amazingly quick and delicious recipe that can be made in a matter of minutes. Frozen peas are boiled with spring onions, lemon juice and salt, then blended with basil pesto sauce. Served in a mug or soup bowl, this dish is quick, easy and very satisfying.
