Chicken and Vegetable Pie is an amazing family-friendly meal. Chicken Thigh Fillets are combined with chopped leek, broccoli and a can of Mushroom Soup, then topped with some flaky Puff Pastry. Quick and easy to prepare, everyone will love this dish.


Chicken thigh fillets 1 Kilogram (about 6 or 7 fillets, chopped into chunks)
Leek 1 , washed (sliced)
Butter 30 Gram , divided (For frying & brushing)
Mixed frozen vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Peas, carrot, corn ect)
Head of broccoli 1 , trimmed (broken into florets)
Canned cream of mushroom 10 Ounce (1 can)
Mixed italian herbs 2 Tablespoon , dry
Frozen puff pastry 1 , thawed
Egg 1 , beaten
