Meatloaf is a good old fashioned main meal that the entire family will love. Minced beef is combined with egg, herbs, spices and breadcrumbs to become a beautiful savory loaf. With some boiled eggs in the centre, this dish is simply delicious and easy to prepare. Serve with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables - Give it a go!


Egg 4 , 3 hardboiled and 1 raw
Beef mince/Ground beef 1 Kilogram
Brown onion 1 , chopped, fried
Crushed garlic 2 Teaspoon
Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
Tomato sauce/Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
White sandwich bread slices 5 , reduced to crumbs
Fresh ground black pepper To Taste
