Slow Cooked Pot Roast with Vegetables is a classic one-pot main meal that is guaranteed to keep the whole family happy. A delicious beef roast, potatoes, onions and carrots are slow roasted in a crock pot / slow cooker until tender. Also included is an amazing recipe for gravy using the left over pan juices - give it a go!


Beef roast 1 Kilogram , trimmed
Potatoes 5 , peeled and quartered
Carrots 5 , peeled and quartered
Brown onion 1 , peeled and quartered
Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Beef stock 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
