Spaghetti Puttanesca

This is my version of Spaghetti Puttanesca, an Italian classic. Tomatoes, chilli, basil, olives and anchovies are combined to make a delicious sauce, then tossed through tender spaghetti. Served with some garlic bread and a side salad, this is a brilliantly simple weeknight dinner - give it a go!


Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Red chilli 1 Small , deseeded and chopped
Anchovy fillets 6 , chopped
Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
Fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
Pitted black olives 100 Gram
Diced tomatoes 800 Gram
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Spaghetti 500 Gram , cooked
