Home Made Tomato Ketchup (Tomato Sauce) is an all-purpose condiment suitable for use with a variety of meals. Tomatoes, onions, brown sugar, vinegar and allspice are combined to create a rich, thick sauce. Keeps in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks, or in a sealed, sterilised jar in the cupboard for months.
