Sausages in Brown Onion Gravy is a delicious, old fashioned main meal that is perfect for weeknight dinners. Thin sausages are lightly browned and added to a rich brown onion gravy. Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables - Give it a go!


Thin sausages 12 ((plain pork sausages are used))
Brown onion 1 Medium , peeled and chopped
Plain flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Tomato sauce/Ketchup 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Liquid beef stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
