Creamy Chicken Paprika

Chicken Paprika is a delicious and simple mid-week main meal that can be made in around 20 minutes. Succulent chicken thigh fillet pieces are combined with onion, capsicum, mushrooms and paprika. A gorgeous creamy sauce finishes the dish that will become a quick family favourite.

Ingredients

Chicken thigh fillet 500 Gram , chop
Brown onion 1 , peeled and diced
Button mushrooms 10 , halved
Red capsicum 1 , deseeded and diced
Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Chicken stock powder 2 Teaspoon
Sour cream 250 Milliliter
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Cooked pasta 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) (or cooked rice and cooked vegetables to serve)
