Mexican Meatballs with Salsa Salad is a delicious and healthy main meal. Succulent chicken breast mince is combined with breadcrumbs, herbs and spices to form the meatballs. Fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Freshly chopped coriander 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cilantro)
Taco seasoning mix 35 Gram (1 packet)
Salt To Taste
Corn kernels 400 Gram , drained (1 can)
Tomatoes 2 , deseeded and diced
Avocado 1 , diced
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
Pepper To Taste
Brown onion 1 Small , grated
Corn chips 1 Cup (16 tbs) (to serve)
