Mini Meatloaf Muffins

Mini Meatloaves are perfect for a hot dinner, with leftovers to serve cold for lunch the next day. Beef and Pork are combined with herbs, spices, egg and breadcrumbs, then lovingly glazed and baked until moist and tender - give it a go!


Beef mince 500 Gram
Pork mince 250 Gram
Brown onion 1
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Ham 200 Gram , thinly shaved
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Eggs 2
Dried parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
Barbecue sauce 2 Tablespoon
Fresh breadcrumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Tomato ketchup 2 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
