Rock Cakes are an old-fashioned sweet treat. Flour and butter are combined with milk, egg and dried fruit to create a thick, sticky batter. Lovingly baked, the Rock Cakes are golden and crisp on the outside, and soft and moist on the inside - give it a go!

Caster sugar 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Butter 100 Gram
Ground cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon
Milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Sultanas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped dried apricots 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
