Avocado Egg Rolls are one of The Cheesecake Factory's most beloved appetisers. Avocado, Sundried Tomatoes, Coriander, Onion and spices are combined and enveloped in a light pastry. Deep fried until golden and crisp, these gorgeous little morsels are perfect on their own or with your favourite dipping sauce - give it a go!


Avocados 4 , diced
Red onion 1 Small , diced
Green pepper 1 , diced
Coriander 2 Tablespoon , freshly chopped
Sundried tomatoes 125 Gram , sliced into strips
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) , crushed
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Egg 1 , lightly beaten
Spring roll wrappers 1 Packet
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) ((For deep frying))
