This simplified "pantry" version of Butter Chicken is great for a quick, no fuss dinner. Chicken Thigh Fillets are chopped and fried in butter, then combined with onions, curry powder and the secret ingredient... Tomato Soup! Quick to prepare and very tasty, this meal will become a family favourite in no time - give it a go!

Ingredients

Chicken thigh fillets 1 Kilogram , chopped
Brown onion 1 , roughly chopped
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Curry powder 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Tomato soup 800 Gram (ready to eat or concentrated will do)
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Cooked rice To Taste (for serving)
