These oven baked Jam Donuts are delicious, jam-filled cupcakes dusted with cinnamon sugar. A lighter alternative to the traditional deep fried donut, this version is very easy to make and simply delightful - give it a go!

Ingredients

Plain flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
Caster sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((Super Fine White Sugar + 4 Teaspoons extra))
Milk 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Egg 2
Butter 100 Gram , melted
