Ingredients

Quinoa 200 Gram
Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Lemon 1/2 , juiced
Extra virgin olive oil 5 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Cucumber 1 , diced
Cherry tomatoes 250 Gram , quartered
Chick peas 400 Gram , drained and rinsed ((1 can))
Freshly chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
Feta cheese 150 Gram , crumbled
