Liquid chicken stock 4 Cup (64 tbs) ((1 litre))
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , crushed ((about 1 teaspoon))
Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Freshly cracked black pepper To Taste ((to season))
Chicken breast fillet 1 Large , halved ((and trimmed))
Fresh herbs 1 Tablespoon ((optional))
