Moroccan Beef Tagine is a sumptuous, exotic casserole made with delicious, aromatic herbs and spices. Brown onions 2 , peeled and chopped
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Ground coriander 2 Teaspoon
Moroccan seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
Tomato paste 2 Tablespoon
Orange zest 3 Tablespoon
Beef stock 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pitted prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs) , chopped finely
