Chinese Style Lemon Chicken

Lemon Boneless Chicken is a Chinese Restaurant classic. My version features pieces of chicken breast, lightly battered and fried until golden and crispy, then smothered in a tangy lemon sauce. Serve with rice or vegetables - Give it a go!


Chicken stock 250 Milligram
Lemon juice 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Caster sugar 2 Tablespoon (double this if you want a sweeter sauce)
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Chicken breast fillets 500 Gram , sliced into thin strips
Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
Eggs 2
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((For deep frying))
