Apricot Chicken Curry is a delicious main meal dish, perfect for any night of the week. Chicken Breast pieces are dredged in seasoned flour and browned until golden. Combined with a fruity apricot curry sauce and served on a bed of cous cous, this dish is suitable for the entire family - give it a go!


Chicken breast fillet 1 Kilogram , diced
Plain flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Curry powder 1 Tablespoon (plus 1 tsp)
Brown onion 1 , diced
Garlic cloves 2 , crushed
Apricot nectar 400 Milliliter (canned nectar used)
Dried apricot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pepper To Taste
Cous cous 1 Cup (16 tbs) (to serve)
