Home Made English Muffins are a delicious baked item, perfect for breakfast. Soft dough is dusted with corn meal and baked until golden. Split in half and toasted, these muffins are gorgeous buttered with your favourite jam.


Dried yeast 7 Gram
Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Melted butter 100 Gram
White sugar 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Flour 6 Cup (96 tbs)
Corn meal/Polenta 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (for dusting)
