Cattail Corn Bread

Ingredients

Honey 1 Tablespoon
Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg 1 , well beaten
Salt 1/4 Teaspoon
Cattail pollen 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
All purpose flour 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Yellow corn meal 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon

Directions

Cream honey and margarine together.

Add remaining ingredients in given order.

Pour into well-greased pan.

Bake 425°F.for 25 minutes.
