Buttermilk Cornbread

Best served hot, this fluffy bread is perfect when served with soups, salads or stews. Delicious bread made easy using the versatile Sage Boss Blender.

Ingredients

All purpose flour 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Corn kernels 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Eggs 2
Honey 2 Tablespoon
Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
Buttermilk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Melted butter 4 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Grease a cake pan and line with parchment paper.

 

MAKING:

In a blender jug, place corn kernels and process using mill setting for 1 minute.

Add baking soda, baking powder, flour, salt and pulse for 5 times.

Add buttermilk, eggs, butter and honey into blender jug and pulse for 5 times until combined.

Pour into greased pan and pop into oven.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 400°F.

                                          

SERVING:

Serve with butter and enjoy!
