Deep Prep Mini Corndogs

In this episode my 3 year old daughter and her bestie Gia take over the kitchen to show you how to make mini corn dogs with lil' smokeys!


Cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Baking powder 1 Tablespoon
Eggs 1 Large
Smokey ham 1 Pound (lil smokey's)
Salt 1 Pinch
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For deep frying)



1. In a large bowl, add in cornmeal, flour, buttermilk, baking powder and eggs. Mix well all the ingredients.

2. Place the little Smokey’s into the skewer. Dip into the corn mixture.

3. Heat oil in a skillet and add in the Smokey’s. Fry until golden brown.

4. Take out the corndogs and place on paper towel.


5. Serve corn dogs with your favorite sauce.
