Sweet corn Loaf

Ingredients

Onion 7 Small , chopped
Carrot 1 , grated
Apple 1 , cored and grated
Cashew pieces 4 Ounce , ground (125 Gram)
Wholemeal breadcrumbs 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Porridge oats 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
Sweet corn 7 Ounce , drained (1 Tin, 200 Gram)
Mixed herbs 2 Teaspoon
Eggs 2 , beaten
Shoyu 1 Tablespoon
Bouillon powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Black pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Set the oven to gas mark 6, 400°F (200°C) and heat it.

MAKING

2. Take a bowl, add all ingredients and blend them until the mixture moistens.

3. Season as per the taste preferences.

4. Spoon it over a lightly greased ovenproof dish and bake for about 40 minutes until quite firm.

5. Microwave the mixture at full power for about 10-12 minutes.

6. Keep it aside for some time.

SERVING

7. Serve the sweet corn loaf with any tea or coffee.
