Scalloped Corn Supreme Recipe - Happy Thanksgiving

Quick, easy and delicious side dish for the holidays or any occasion!


Crackers 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) , crumbled
Cream style corn 14 Ounce (2 cans)
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Egg 1 , beaten
Dried onion 1 Tablespoon , minced
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Melted butter 2 Tablespoon



1)Crumble enough crackers to make 1 1/2 cups and set aside 1/2 cup for topping.

2)Preheat oven 350 degrees.

3)In a saucepan, over medium heat, mix together corn and milk.

4)Gradually stir in egg.

5)Then add 1 cup crumbled crackers, dried minced onion and salt.

6)Mix until well combined and heat until it almost comes to a boil.

7)Spray a small baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour mixture into prepared dish.

8)In a small bowl, pour melted butter over 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, mix, and sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.


9)Serve with your favorite recipes.
