Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
Chopped onions | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
Heavy cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Frozen corn | 20 Ounce | |
Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Paprika | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Parmesan cheese | 2 Tablespoon |
MAKING:
Melt butter in a saucepan and saute onions in it.
When onions turn soft, add flour and stir well.
Cook for 1 minute and add cup of heavy cream. Stir until mixture thickens.
Add remaining heavy cream and when mixture thickens add corn, salt, pepper and paprika.
Stir well and add parmesan cheese.
Stir and cook until it melts.
