|Grated processed cheese||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiled and coarsely crushed sweet corn kernels||1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mustard powder||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Dry red chilli flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Salt and freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Tabasco sauce||3 Drop|
Combine cornflour and milk in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
Combine corn, cornflour-milk mixture, cheese, mustard powder, chilli flakes, salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce in a broad non-stick pan, mix well.
Cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
Serve with toasted triangles.
