Spicy Masala Corn

Quick and easy recipe you can enjoy anytime.


Butter 2 Tablespoon
Boiled sweet corn kernals 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Chili powder 2 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 2 Teaspoon
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste



1. In a non-stick pan, melt butter, add sweet corn kernels, and sauté over medium flame for 1-2 minutes.

2. Add chili powder, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt. Stir occasionally and cook for 1-2 minutes.



3. Serve immediately.



Add grated cheese if serving to kids.
