Healthy no bake cookies, these are loved by kids and are very easy and quick to make. . . Involve your kids while making these they will really enjoy the process.

Ingredients

Digestive biscuits 12
Muesli 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Bran 2 Tablespoon (wheat bran)
Flax seeds 1 Tablespoon (powdered)
Creamy peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Vanilla essence 4 Drop
Chocolate chips 2 Tablespoon
Dessicated coconut 2 Tablespoon (for rolling)

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a bowl, crush the biscuits in the form of coarse powder using your hands. Now add muesli, wheat bran, flax seeds, peanut butter, vanilla essence, and chocolate chips and mix properly.

2. Form a dough by kneading the mix using your hands.

MAKING

3. Make 10 equal parts from this dough and roll in the form of round balls.

4. Now make a disc shaped cookies from these balls by flattening them with your palms.

5. Roll each cookie in desiccated coconut to coat evenly.

SERVING

6. Serve the cookies immediately or store in an air-tight container.
