Butter | 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , softened | |
Packed brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Granulated sugar | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
Eggs | 2 | |
All purpose flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
Semisweet chocolate chips | 2 Cup (32 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 degree F.
MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix and gradually add into the butter mixture.
4. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Pop the cookie sheet in oven and bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack.
SERVING
6. Serve and enjoy!

You can also add nuts if desired.
