Chocolate Pecan S'mores

These cookies are incredibly delectable and easy to make. They're a perfect addition to your holiday baking playlist. This chocolate cookie is topped with marshmallow, rich chocolate icing, and a roasted pecan. Make lots because they won't last long. Enjoy this recipe and have a Happy Holiday!


Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (room temperature)
Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Milk 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Eggs 1
Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Flour 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Cocoa powder 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Marshmallow 18 Large
For icing
Butter 6 Tablespoon
Cocoa powder 2 Tablespoon
Icing sugar 1 3/4 Cup (28 tbs)
Vanilla extract 1/2 Teaspoon
Pecan halves 1 Tablespoon , roasted (as needed)



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.


2. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until combined.

3. Add egg, milk, and vanilla. Beat to combine.

4. In another bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.

5. Add flour mixture into the bowl with the butter egg mixture and beat well.

6. On an ungreased baking sheet, drop rounded teaspoons of the mixture and pop in oven. Bake for 6-8 minutes.

7. Meanwhile, cut the marshmallows in half. When the cookies are done, press a marshmallow on the top of each cookie, cut side down. Return to the oven for a couple minutes. Let cool on a baking rack.

For Icing:

8. In a small saucepan, combine milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil, mix well, and let boil for 1 minute.

9. Remove the pan from heat and set aside to cool slightly. Add vanilla and icing sugar. Whisk until smooth.


10. Put a spoonful of icing on each cookie and top with a roasted pecan half.


11. Serve and enjoy!
