Graham cracker crumbs | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Melted butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
White chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Shredded coconut | 7 Ounce | |
Chopped nuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Canned sweetened condensed milk | 1 Can (10 oz) | |
Non stick spray | 2 Dash |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease a baking dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
MAKING
2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter and blend until graham cracker crumbs are moistened.
3. Gently pat graham cracker crumbs into the prepared baking dish.
4. Sprinkle on the following ingredients in layers: chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, shredded coconut, and nuts. Top all with sweetened condensed milk.
5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until the mixture turns golden brown.
6. Remove from oven allow cookies to set up in the pan for about 45 minutes before cutting.
SERVING
7. Serve the cookies with tea or coffee.
