Pure vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
All purpose flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Ground cinnamon | 1 Tablespoon | |
Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Quick cooking oats | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Chopped pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped dried apples | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
MAKING
2. In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
4. Gradually beat flour mixture into butter egg on low speed until well mixed.
5. Stir in oats, pecans and apples.
6. Onto ungreased baking sheet, drop batter by rounded tablespoons.
7. Pop in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 1 minute. Remove on to wire racks to cool completely.
