Vegan Oatmeal Hemp No-Bake Cookies

I wish I was a mom who bakes, but the truth is that Im a menace in the kitchen. In celebration of my littlest babys very first birthday, Im bringing you an incredibly easy nutrient-rich no-bake VEGAN recipe. This yummy treat will satisfy your sweet tooth with all-natural ingredients that are also GOOD for you.

Ingredients

Vegetable oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pure maple syrup 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Cocoa powder 5 Tablespoon
Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
Peanut butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Hemp seeds 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING

1. Take a small saucepan, heat up vegetable oil and pure maple syrup mixed together. Add in cocoa powder and cinnamon to the mixture.

2. Stir over medium heat until all the ingredients are brought to a full boil.

3. Once boiled, remove the pan from the heat and mix in peanut butter and rolled oats.

4. Sprinkle in hemp seeds and finally add pure vanilla extract. Mix all these in the saucepan to combine thoroughly, making sure all the ingredients are distributed evenly.

5. Then, using a spoon scoop out portions of the mixture onto a dish. Place the dish with the scoops of mixture in the refrigerator to chill for about 30 minutes or until set.

SERVING

6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
