Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml) | |
Cocoa | 4 Tablespoon | |
Milk | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml) | |
Butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml) | |
Peanut butter | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml, smooth or crunchy) | |
Vanilla extract | 2 Teaspoon | |
Quick cooking oatmeal | 3 Cup (48 tbs) (750 ml) |
MAKING
1. In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar, cocoa, butter and milk to a boil. Once boiling, continue to boil for a minute.
2. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Stir in vanilla, and oatmeal.
3. On a sheet of parchment paper, drop mixture by the scoopful. Let it cool and harden.
SERVING
4. Serve with a glass of milk and enjoy!
