Best Chocolate Peanut-Butter No Bake Cookies

Such a simple and easy recipe to make with your kids! Maybe you even made this with your mom when you were a child?


Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml)
Cocoa 4 Tablespoon
Milk 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml)
Butter 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (125 ml)
Peanut butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 ml, smooth or crunchy)
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
Quick cooking oatmeal 3 Cup (48 tbs) (750 ml)



1. In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar, cocoa, butter and milk to a boil. Once boiling, continue to boil for a minute.

2. Add peanut butter and stir until melted. Stir in vanilla, and oatmeal.

3. On a sheet of parchment paper, drop mixture by the scoopful. Let it cool and harden.


4. Serve with a glass of milk and enjoy!
